Voyage in Time rielabora fotogrammi del documentario omonimo di Tarkovsky e Guerra, trasformando immagini di transizione in paesaggi composti e visionari. Liberate dal vincolo narrativo, queste visioni evocano il Grand Tour ottocentesco e riflettono sul montaggio come strumento del pensiero creativo. L’opera sovverte l’autenticità fotografica per mostrare il paesaggio in modo inaspettato: un viaggio mentale che mira a vedere ciò che non si è visto, o rivedere ciò che si credeva già noto.

Voyage in Time reworks frames from the eponymous documentary by Tarkovsky and Guerra, transforming transitional shots into composed and visionary landscapes. Freed from narrative constraints, these images evoke the 19th-century Grand Tour and reflect on editing as a tool of creative thought. The work subverts photographic authenticity to reveal the landscape in unexpected ways: a mental journey aiming to see what has not been seen, or to see again what was thought to be already known.
